The VP-409 is a CV and S-Video to VGA ProScale™ Scaler. The unit works with a signal of the PAL-B/D/G/H/I, NTSC 3.58 and NTSC 4.43 systems. high-quality output is ensured by a 3D interlaced-to-line scanning converter and 3D comb filter.
