The VP-428H2 is an HDBaseT scaler/auto switcher and transmitter for HDMI 2.0 4K/60 (YUV 4:4:4), DisplayPort 4K/60 (YUV 4:4:4) with support of HDCP 2.2, VGA (D-sub-15) 1920х1200/60, stereo audio (miniJack 3.5 mm), Ethernet, bidirectional RS-232 and IR to twisted pair with PoE. Twisted pair carries signals up to 4K/60 (YUV 4:2:0). Auto-switching a source is configured: the last turned on, scanning the sources, the selected. Switching a signal source takes 2-3 seconds. The scaler is controlled via IR, RS-232; the unit is also equipped with a separate RS-232 port for transmitting control commands to remote equipment via HDBaseT.
