The 104LN is a 1:4 line distribution amplifier with differential input. The device is equipped with level and EQ controls to compensate for losses that occur during transmission over a long cable. The level control is used to adjust the overall signal level, while the EQ control is needed to amplify high frequencies which are the most susceptible to interference.
